Sacha Inchi cold-pressed extra virgin omega-3 oil Sacha inchi oil is a refined oil that has a brilliant yellow color whose liquid, fluid and limpid appearance is very pleasant in the mouth. On the nose, its vegetal scent lets out notes of raw peas or delicious snow peas. On the palate, its herbaceous flavor is reminiscent of a mixture of asparagus and nuts on the finish.

It is a seasoning oil that will be used cold as a flavor enhancer.

With its herbaceous flavors and lively notes, sacha inchi oil will be the ideal companion for your steamed white fish or shellfish.

How to use Sacha Inchi oil in cooking?

It is tasty in green salads, especially lamb’s lettuce. In addition, you may also season vegetables such as peppers, button mushrooms, green beans, or broad beans. With asparagus, it is simply divine! Moisten a few morels with shallots and then reduce with poultry broth. Add a little cream and serve on pasta with a few tips of asparagus, a drizzle of sacha inchi oil and a few drops of lemon juice. Don’t forget to season with pepper and salt as you wish!

Its range of pairings with vegetables is vast, don’t hesitate to experiment! Add a few drops to your peas or butternut soup for example. It will bring its delicious nutty taste and liveliness to a simple plate of pasta, rice or homemade mashed potatoes.

For example, prepare a cod swim with vegetables by cooking your diced vegetables (parsnips, carrots, swede and leeks for example) in a broth made up of water and small slices of dried ginger. During this time cook your cod by adding a teaspoon of Breton curry. Arrange your plates with the vegetables and cod drizzled with a little broth and half a tablespoon of sacha inchi oil.
