Bolaven's green peppercorns in brine
Green pepper of a beautiful aromatic elegance and a great freshness. It is very pleasant on the palate, with a nice roundness, with a progressive spiciness that warms the palate.
The Bolovens Plateau in southern Laos is best known for its tea and coffee cultures. It is in the province of Sekong, nestled at 650 meters above sea level and fed by volcanic soil rich in nutrients that our Poivre draws all its singularity. In Laos, pepper "Pick Taï" is consumed in small quantities unlike the pepper "Mack Phet". This green pepper is harvested before formation of the kernel (achene), then preserved in a light brine.
Its aromatic elegance allows it to match perfectly with red meats and make pepper sauces.
