The Bolovens Plateau in southern Laos is best known for its tea and coffee cultures. It is in the province of Sekong, nestled at 650 meters above sea level and fed by volcanic soil rich in nutrients that our Poivre draws all its singularity. In Laos, pepper "Pick Taï" is consumed in small quantities unlike the pepper "Mack Phet".
