
It is a bay from Zanthoxylum family, with a beautiful aromatic elegance, fresh and fruity with intense notes of citrus, tangerine.
This bay is harvested in the mountains north of Laos. Extremely rich in essential oil, this spice is widely used in Laotian cuisine.
